So much has happened since getting engaged just 3 weeks ago! We have set a date at the most amazing place! We're very excited.
July 2nd, 2010 is going to be the day we say "I do." The ceremony and reception are going to be at Fairy Tale Manor in Frisco. It is absolutely beautiful! It has been a lot of fun starting to plan our wedding and figuring everything out. I got to try on wedding dresses last weekend for the first time when I had some family in town. It was definitely a surreal experience trying on the dresses. I think I might have found the one, but still going to check out a few more places. :-)
We also were in Durant a few weekends ago for my sister's baby shower. We're both so excited for our nephew, Colton, to be born. Melissa is on bed rest right now. We're praying that baby and mommy stay healthy!
We also had our engagment party this past Saturday. Thanks so much to Karen, Mark's aunt, for hosting such a beautiful party for us! It was great being able to meet more family and friends. Thanks to everyone who was there and for supporting us! Here's a few pictures...
